PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency by a simple structure by allowing a hot drink to flow down through a drink flow-down passage and bringing it to indirect cooling, and setting it to a state that it remains in the flow-down passage until a siphon phenomenon by a siphon tube is started. CONSTITUTION:Hot coffee used for cold coffee drops down into a pan 35 from an extraction port, and this hot coffee flows down through a spiral hot drink flow-down passage 37. On the other hand, water stored in advance in a cooling water tank 33 is cooled by a cooling coil 34, therefore, hot coffee which flows down through the hot drink flow-down passage 37 is brought to instantaneous cooling indirectly from both of an outer cylinder 36 side and an inner cylinder 38 side, and primary cooling is executed. Also, cold coffee which reaches the lower part of the flow-down passage 37 does not flow out immediately to a cold reserving container 42 from a siphon tube 43, the flow-down passage 37 is filled entirely with hot coffee dropping down to the pan 35, and when it exceeds the top part of the siphon tube 43, a siphon effect is started, and cold coffee brought to primary cooling flows into the bottom part of the cold reserving container 42. In such a way, cooling to a cold drink from a hot drink more effectively is executed. |
