PURPOSE:To prevent the purifying capacity of a microorganism culture module for culturing aerobic microorganisms from rapidly lowering. CONSTITUTION:An air supplying means 11 is installed downstream of a water forced feeding means 3 and a microorganism culture module 8 having been cultured aerobic microorganisms therein is installed downstream of the air supplying means 11. An air flow detecting means 13 is installed in the air supplying means 11 and an auxiliary air supplying means 14 is installed upstream of the air detecting means 13. The water forced feeding means 3, the air detecting means 13 and the auxiliary air supplying means 14 are connected to a controller 15.
