PURPOSE: To facilitate the operation and precisely set a hole by providing a nest type guide member having one end mounted on the mounting body of a corner drill and the other end engaged with the window of an image converter. CONSTITUTION: A target sleeve 36 is set to a femur 10, and the lower end part 38 of the sleeve 36 is arranged rectilinearly with a fixing hole 16 by the observation with a monitor. When the opening part of the sleeve 36 is circular and opened, the sleeve 36 is surely matched to the hole 16. A corner drill 40 is then installed under an image converter 22, and a drill bit 44 is inserted to the sleeve 36. The nest type guide member 50 is connected to the mounting body of the drill 40 through a connecting part 52. When the bit 44 is inserted to the first cortex, the bit 44 is extended through the hole 16 to successively bore the second cortex. During it, the guide member 50 is extended in nest form without loosing the guide function, and an engaging disc 62 is engaged with the window of the converter 22. |
