PURPOSE:To reuse water and to simplify concentrate treatment by effectively separating aq. solution into water and concentrate. CONSTITUTION:An evaporative concentration treating device A where aq. solution is heated to evaporate and concentrate it and the vapor produced by this treatment is cooled and condensed to separate it into evaporated concentrate A1 and condensate A2, an electro-dialysis device B where the condensate A2 is given electro-dialysis treatment in an electro-dialysis layer in which a cation exchange membrane and an anion exchange member are arranged between electrodes to separate it into electro-dialysis concentrate B1 and electro-dialysis desalted solution B2, and a means C for returning the electro-dialysis concentrate B1 to the aq. solution evaporative concentration treating device A are provided to separate aq. solution into concentrate and desalted solution. |
