PURPOSE:To sufficiently secure a distance between a seasoned ground meat and the cut piece of the seasoned ground meat by installing plural carrying means, cutting the seasoned ground meat, enlarging the carrying rate of the second carrying means in comparison with the carrying rate of the first carrying means, and subsequently controlling the first and second carrying mean to the same carrying rate. CONSTITUTION:A seasoned ground meat 12 carried over the carrying surface of the first carrying means 13 and the carrying surface of the second carrying means 14 is cut with a cutter 2, and the carrying rate of the second carrying means is controlled to be larger than the carrying rate of the first carrying means with a controller 100. Subsequently, the first and second carrying means are controlled to the same carrying rate. Thereby, the distance between the cut piece of the seasoned ground meat and the remains seasoned ground meat is sufficiently secured due to the difference between the carrying rates. |
