PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the malodorous component by sufficiently heating the entire catalytic body. CONSTITUTION:A catalytic body 2 is formed with the many catalyst pieces 2A each having a through-hole, and a heater wire 6 is allowed to pierce each catalyst piece 2A to continuously hold the catalytic bodies 2. Since the piece 2A is small-sized, the pieces are uniformly heated when the wire 6 is energized. The entire catalytic body is also uniformly and sufficiently heated, and the malodorous component is efficiently removed. |
