<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact equipment where the variation in pressure of a blower for raw material supply is small by constituting the right and left frames of a blower housing chamber of U-tubes for absorbing pressure, directly connecting the two U-tubes by cooling tubes of an aftercooler and connecting both the U-tubes to a blower for feed gas supply and a switching valve, respectively. CONSTITUTION:U-tubes 8, 10 for absorbing pressure are arranged on right and left sides and, between them, is arranged a bottom plate 12 on which an air blower 2 is mounted to form a blower chamber. The U-tubes 8, 10 are directly connected to an aftercooler consisting of cooling tubes equipped with cooling fins at the base. On a cover plate 13 between the two U-tubes 8, 10, two adsorbers 1 is fixed whose top and whose lower part are provided with oxygen-rich gas recovery pipe 14 and an electrically operated switching value 3, respectively. The switching valve 3 is connected to an exhaust pipe 4 and an air supply pipe 5 which is connected to the U-tube 10. Thus, variation in pressure is absorbed by the U-tubes and noise is restrained by the aftercooler arranged between them.</p> |
