<p>PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a lubricating oil whereby the time necessary for the changeover of feed oils can be shortened, the amount of rejects can be decreased, and the labor of a worker can be mitigated even in a nonsteady state. CONSTITUTION:Before the changeover of feed oils, the charges in a furfural refining unit (FRU) 1, a hydrofining unit (HTU) 2, and a ketone dewaxing unit (MEK) 3 are adjusted, and after the changeover of feed oils, the control of operation of the furfural refining unit 1 is chiefly performed in the initial stage in response to the changeover of feed oils. when the changeover of feed oils in the furfural refining unit 1 is nearly accomplished, the control of operation of the hydrofining unit 2 and the ketone dewaxing unit 3 are performed in response to the changeover of feed oils.</p> |
