PURPOSE:To obtain the subject compound, containing polyisoprene, a high- styrene resin, a masterbatch of SBR, polybutadiene, a reinforcing filler and sulfur in a specific proportion and excellent in running characteristics, rigidity and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound is composed of 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) 0-65 pts.wt. polyisoprene, (B) 25-35 pts.wt. high-styrene resin, (C) a masterbatch of SBR and (D) 0-65 pts.wt. polybutadiene, (E) a reinforcing filler such as carbon black in an amount of 50-60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. rubber and (F) sulfur in an amount of >=5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. rubber. This compound has 80-97 Shore A hardness. |
