PURPOSE:To provide the resistance welding method which enhances the efficiency of resistance welding, improves appearance quality and prolongs the life of an electrode material as the method for aluminum materials which resistance-welds the aluminum materials by interposing insert members between joint surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The insert members to be interposed between the joint members is formed of powder (23) consisting of a semiconductor material and >=1 kinds of materials selected from a group consisting of Fe, Ni, Co, Cr and Ti. SiC is preferably used as this semiconductor material. |
