PURPOSE:To provide a data recording medium excellent in repeated capacity as compared with a conventional data recording medium. CONSTITUTION:In a data recording medium wherein a lower protective layer 2, a recording layer 3, an upper protective layer 4 and a reflecting layer 5 are provided on a substrate 1, the recording layer 3 contains Ag-In-Te-Sb and the lower protective layer 2 is composed of SiNx and the upper protective layer 4 is composed of SiC or AlN and, if necessary, an org. protective layer 6 is provided. |
