<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the impeller lock of a circulating pump during freezing preventing operation and to perform reliable prevention of freezing of the interior of a circulation passage through circulation of water in a bath tub. CONSTITUTION:A hot water feeder 1 with a circulating pump comprises a circulation passage 4 through which water in a bath tube is circulated with the aid of an circulating pump 5 and a pump control device 2 to switch the circulating pump 5 to HIGH or LOW when occasion demands to run the pump. In the hot water feeder with a circulating pump, a water flow switch 6 to detect a water flow is provided in the circulation passage 4, and the pump control device 2 is provided with a freezing preventing operation means 11 comprising a freezing preventing operation command deciding means 15 to cause HIGH and LOW running of the circulating pump 5 according to a water flow detecting signal from a water flow switch 6, a water flow detecting deciding means 16, first and second timers 17 and 18, and a HIGH and LOW operation switching means 19.</p> |
