PURPOSE:To obtain a bonded structure of yttrium-stabilized zirconia and lanthanum chromite having high gas-tightness and excellent reliability and durability to the variation of temperature. CONSTITUTION:Spacers 7, 8 made of yttrium-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) are attached to interconnectors 10, 11 made of lanthanum chromite via a bonding agent using pressure. The bonding material is a pasty mixture of YSZ and lanthanum manganite at a weight ratio of 0.1-10.0. The bonded spacers 7, 8 and the interconnectors 10, 11 are sintered at 1300 deg.C for 2hr. There is no diffusion of Cr from the interconnectors 10, 11 to the bonding agent during the sintering process. |
