摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain a proper low pressure and a proper high pressure respectively by connecting a plurality of indoor equipment to a single set of heat generator and carry out both cooling operation and heating operation simultane ously and on/off controlling a specific flow rate control device CONSTITUTION:Three sets of indoor equipment B to D are connected to a single set of heat generator A in parallel. A pressure detection circuit 73 is installed to a pipeline between a compressor 1 and a four way changeover valve 2 to detect a high pressure. There is installed a heat generator-side auxiliary heat exchanger 70 whose inlet is connected to the discharge side of the compressor and whose outlet is connected to the suction side of the compressor 1 by way of a flow rate control valve 71. When the high pressure detected by the pressure detection means 73 exceeds a first setting pressure, it is controlled that the opening of the flow rate control valve 71 be opened while the opening be closed when the detected pressure fails to exceed a second setting pressure. This construction makes it possible to inhibit both high pressure and low pressure to a minimum even when the indoor equipment carries out a small capacity of heating operation where the temperature of heat source water is high.
