PURPOSE: To control the amount of different material ingredients to be fed to a material processor according to a processing rate of the material processor, and to keep the material ingredients rate accurately. CONSTITUTION: The material processing rate of a processor is determined based on the sum of the discharge rates of individual ingredients to a common hopper 30 plus or minus the discharge rates of the blend from the common hopper to the processor. Individual ingredients discharge rates from an each hopper 12 to the common hopper 30 is controlled as necessary to keep a preset recipe of the blend at the determined ingredients processing rate of the processor.
