<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a dental implant superstructure, and an implant adapter, for easily manufacture the dental implant superstructure which perfectly fits an implant denture shoulder margin positioned near a gingival crest. CONSTITUTION:An implant adapter 9 comprising a nearly truncated-cone-shaped cover part 9a whose inside face fits the outside face of the implant denture head 3, or at least its side face fits with each other, and a flange part 9b formed at the lower end of the cover part 9a and shaped as it precisely fits a denture shoulder margin 1a of an implant 1 positioned near a gingival crest and smoothly curves continuously along the outline of the implant main body implanted in the gingiva, is mounted on the implant denture head 3 before taking a printed image of an implant denture head 3. This adapter 9 forms a base part of an implant denture superstructure.</p> |
