<p>PURPOSE:To prevent that the strength and rigidity of a remolded product obtained from a synthetic resin product having high strength and high rigidity becomes lower than those of the original synthetic resin product. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal resin composite 10 as a molded product molded from a composite material of a thermoplastic resin and a liquid crystal resin having liquid crystal transition temp. higher than the moldable temp. of the thermoplastic resin is prepared to be ground to obtain ground pieces 14. Next, the ground pieces 14 are charged in a melt extrusion molding machine 20 to be heated to the liquid crystal transition temp. of the liquid crystal resin or higher to obtain a liquid crystal resin composite material 22 in a molten state. Subsequently, the liquid crystal resin composite material 22 in a molten state is subjected to extrusion molding at temp. equal to or higher than the liquid crystal transition temp. of the liquid crystal resin to obtain a sheet like molding material 24 or a strand like molding material 26 and, thereafter, the molding materials 24, 26 are molded at temp. lower than the liquid crystal transition temp. of the liquid crystal resin to obtain a molded product having a predetermined shape.</p> |
