PURPOSE:To quicken the response in maintenance work and prevent trouble in the facility by introducing a facility maintenance controlling computer which makes the facility maintenance anticipation from the production plan through computerized simulating from time to time and urges preparing a production plan free from risk of causing stop of the manufacturing plant due to trouble in the facility. CONSTITUTION:Anticipation of the operation of a site facility 2 is executed on the basis of the production plan to determine the operation anticipation value, which is added to the actual performance value of facility operation received from a site facility control device 3 for calculating the total operation value by a facility maintenance controlling computer 4, and comparison is conducted to know whether this total value is exceeding the facility maintenance termination value which was registered in advance. If exceeding, a maintenance request slip is issued so as to perform maintenance work previously, and a host computer 1 is urged to make replanning so as to prepare a production plan free from risk of causing stop of the manufacturing plant due to trouble in the facility, and a previous maintenance command and a production plan support are made based on the facility maintenance anticipation. |
