PURPOSE:To obtain OKONOMIYAKI (a thin flat cake of unsweetened batter fried with bits of vegetables and dried fishes) which can be taken out or delivered to each home in a shortened time without fail by spreading wheat flour dough or batter on an iron dish pan, placing ingredients on the batter, covering them with specific lids and baking them in an oven. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is thinned with water and the batter or dough is spread on an iron dish pan 1, ingredients such as bits of vegetables, meat, and fish are placed on it, and covered with a hemispherical lid 3 having an adequate number of perforations 4. Then, they are baked in an oven preferably a gas oven to give the objective OKONOMIYAKI. |
