PURPOSE:To execute the height control of an irradiating head without colliding the irradiating head to edge of an opening part, even in the case of cut-working to a work having the opening part in the course of passing through the opening part. CONSTITUTION:To the irradiating head 1 moved to ascent/descent, a displacing sensor 2 for detecting the interval (d) with the work W in non-contacting condition is arranged. A copying control means 17 for controlling the interval (d) corresponding to the detected value (vi) of the displacing sensor 2 to the constant is arranged. A lower limit value setting means 18 for setting the lower limit value (vd) in the irradiating head ascending/descending position in each plate thickness of the work W is arranged. Further, a present height keeping control means 19 for keeping to the present height when the detected value (vi) of the discharging sensor 2 exceeds the lower limit value (vd), is arranged. |
