The invention relates to a fan rotor with fan blades (P) which are produced from fibre-reinforced plastic and which are provided with reinforcing fibres (F) which extend essentially parallel and/or at an acute angle to the blade longitudinal axis (3) and which are bundled tubularly at the radial inner end of the blade leaf (1). The end of the tubularly bundled reinforcing fibres (F) is shaped in a semicircular arc radially outwards and forwards to form a closing ring (6) which bears with its convex surface confronting the rotor hub (10) in a rounded-out annular groove (9) of a disc-like fastening part (8) and which, with its concave surface confronting the blade leaf (1), is braced with the fastening part (8) by means of a fastening ring (7).
