CONSTITUTION:A warning device 10 operated at an abnormality and a control device 11 exciting the warning device 10 when verification units 4, 6 are operated in the preset process before a preset time limit elapses after the correct verification actions of the verification units 4, 6 are provided. When an intimidated qualified person operates the verification units 4, 6 in the preset process prior to the preset time limit after operating the correct verification of the verification units 4, 6, the warning device 10 is excited to report the occurrence of an abnormality without being perceived by an intimidator. When the qualified person is intimidated, the intimidated qualified person reports the occurrence of an abnormality without damage. |
