PURPOSE:To prevent waste of a large quantity of water by sensing upper and lower limits of water surface in a feedwater tank, and monitoring durations thereof. CONSTITUTION:If continuous ON of a long time occurs due to a malfunction of a water circuit, when the duration of a high water level signal exceeds a predetermained high water surface level limiting time, a high water surface level timer 37 outputs a high water level malfunction signal. If a long duration occurs, when the duration of a low water level signal exceeds a predetermined low water surface level limiting time, a low water surface level timer 38 outputs a low water surface level malfunction signal. Accordingly, all malfunctions of the circuit in which a variation in the water level of a feed water tank abnormally occurs. When the high or low water level malfunction signal is input, it is combined to output a malfunction signal, and a malfunction signal of a designated signal format of a continuous contact signal or an intermittent contact signal is output. Thus, waster of a large quantity of water due to a malfunction of a humidifier or leakage of a piping route can be prevented. |
