SOLUBILIZATION OF SOYA SAPONIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for obtaining an aqueous solution of soya saponin stabilized in solubility. CONSTITUTION:The objective solubilization characterized by making cyclodextrin coexist so as to be 0.5 to 5 in its molar ratio to soya saponin in dissolving the saponin in water. With this method, a transparent aqueous solution of soya saponin can be obtained with both high solubility and dissolution stability.
