PURPOSE:To obtain the structure of the attaching part of honeycomb-panel fittings which is made easy in work and manufacture and capable of enhancing productivity because the attaching position of an attaching bolt is arbitrarily changed and design is enabled and also centering work of the attaching bolt can be omitted. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb-panel main body 1a is previously manufactured. A hole 8 is formed from the one side surface of the honeycomb-panel main body la in the position correspondent to the attaching position of an attaching bolt 5a. An adhesive filler 9 is filled in the hole 8 and also a base end part 11 equipped with a hook 10 overhanging in the lateral direction of the attaching bolt 5a is buried into the adhesive filler 9 and fixed.
