MANUFACTURE OF POROUS PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To mold the porous object in which pellets are mutually fusion-bonded at their surfaces correspondingly to the molded object with the optional shape such as a cylinder by using a simple mold structure. CONSTITUTION:Manufacture is composed of the filling process in which the molding space C between a concave mold 1 and a convex mold 2 is filled with a number of pellets made of synthetic resin having the bubbles included inside thereof, the heating process which fuses the surface of the pellet P with which the molding space is filled, while the pellet is indirectly heated by feeding steam S into the heating chamber 1a of the concave mold 1 and the heating chamber 2a of the convex mold 2 and the vacuum sucking process which holds pressure- reduced condition by vacuum sucking the inside of the molding space C in the state where the surface of the pellet is fused.
