GLASS CLOTH FOR PRODUCING LAMINATED SHEET

PURPOSE:To enable the practice of clear printing on a laminated sheet without requiring an increase in output energy of a laser marker. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a glass cloth is colored with a black colorant at >=1ppm. A laminated sheet produced by using the glass cloth is then printed with a laser marker. In the process, the surface of the laminated sheet is irradiated with the laser beams, which are absorbed in the black colorant sticking to the surface of the glass cloth. Thereby, the absorption efficiency of the laser beams in the laminated sheet is enhanced.
