<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the accumulation of the remains of iron contact materials resulted from the oxidation of these materials on elution of iron ions and the collapse thereof by gradual thinning into an aeration tank and to replace the contact materials with the fresh iron contact materials by rapidly recovering the remains. CONSTITUTION:The iron contact materials are made of reinforcing iron, iron bars and iron wires to cylindrical, annular and spring shapes having gaps. These materials are formed by assembling iron pieces and structural angles and consist of expanded metal, lath, louver and truss shapes having gaps. The body 2 of the recovering device is made of armored glass, stainless steel, resin or wood. The internal structure is constituted with a collapsing contact material receiving box 3 made of a stainless steel, sliding metals 4 made of the stainless steel, contact material receiving metals 5 made of the stainless steel, a hanging ring 7 made of the stainless steel and a brace made of the stainless steel.</p> |
