WATER CONTENT MEASUREMENT DEVICE BY INFRARED RAYS

PURPOSE:To obtain a proper recurrence equation which is consistent with measurment principle when an equation of calibration curve at an infrared-ray water content measurement device is automatically set forth by recurrence analysis. CONSTITUTION:First to third degree recurrence equations are calculated from sample data of absorbance and measured water content value, by recurrence analysis. Existence of the degree corresponding to the sample data is checked by F-examination of each equation. The recurrence equations which are checked of existence thereof by the F-examination, are judged whether those are monotone increasing functions or not. The highest degree recurrence equation and also of monotone increasing function is set forth as the equation of calibration curve.
