PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of a drill at the time of drilling and to prevent a short-circuit by dividing a vector data at inner layers, calculating the cross of a land in each section and a line by a computer, and deleting land data having no cross with the line from film forming data. CONSTITUTION:A land 10 and a true line 20 are numerically converted by a digitizer or the like from a pattern design diagram formed on the basis of a circuit diagram. Lands 10 are all unitarily generated for the inner layers of all the components at this time. In this case, the lands 10 and the lines 20 are divided into true line 20 data made of the center coordinates and the radius of the land 10 and numerically converted. Then, vector data are divided at each section for each layer, and stored. Whether a set of the lands 10 and the line 20 cross or not in each section for each layer is calculated for all the sets and all the layers to retrieve the land 10 crossing the pattern, and to store it. Then, data except the land 10 is deleted from pattern film forming data. |
