PURPOSE:To provide composite granule powder, comprised of inorganic particles and an epoxy resin, with its granular size controllable over a wide range, adequately high in inorganic powder content, also controlled in electrical conductivity. CONSTITUTION:The objective granule powder with the granule surface coated with metal. The granules, comprised of (A) surface-lipophilized inorganic particles and (B) a cured epoxy resin, have the following characteristics: (1) number-average particle diameter: 1-1000mum and (2) the content of the inorganic particles: 80-99wt.%. |
