PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition giving a urethane foam free from the lowering of the foam hardness and having improved elongation at break, etc., in spite of low viscosity by compounding a polymer-dispersed polyol with an ester-type viscosity-lowering agent at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) a polymer-dispersed polyol containing fine polymer particles stably dispersed in a polyol with (B) 0.1-10wt.% of an ester-type viscosity-lowering agent (preferably di-2-ethylhexyl adipate, etc.). The component A can be produced e.g. by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated monomer such as styrene in a polyol or polymerizing a macromonomer containing ethylenic unsaturated group and an ethylenic unsaturated monomer in a polyol. The polyol is preferably a polyoxyalkylene polyol produced by using a trihydric alcohol such as hexanetriol as a starting agent and adding propylene oxide or propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to the alcohol. |
