PURPOSE:To render the sectioned part horizontal and enhance the yield by drawing parison through the vertically relative movement of a cross head and a mold. CONSTITUTION:The constitution is that parison 1A hanging from a cross head 1 is held by a mold 3 and the parison 1A is stretched through the vertically relative movement of the cross head 1 and mold 3 and then it is cut by a cutter 2.
