<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a new monoclonal antibody useful for identifying cell origin. CONSTITUTION:A monoclonal antibody which recognizes antigens specifically occurring in inbred mouses having DBA/1, CE/J, SM/J, IQI, PL/J, SWM/Ms, RIIIS/J, RFM/MsNrs and C3H lines as a base and congenic mouses, existing in mitochondria of C3H-line mouses, having 66,000 and 68,000 molecular weight and belongs to IgG1/K subclass. A monoclonal antibody to recognize cells derived from C3H-line mouse is obtained from hybridoma 17-6 strain (FERM P-12,640).</p> |
