PURPOSE:To improve the value of merchandise by stabilizing the outer dimensions of an IC card and beautifying its outer looks. CONSTITUTION:A folded border 7a is formed on the end of a panel 7 which is adhered firmly to a frame 6 through an adhesive sheet 5 and at the same time, covers an adhered IC chip part 3 to be mounted on a substrate. Then the folded border 7a is fitted into a recessed groove 6a provided on the frame 6 and the panel 7 is adhered firmly to the frame 6.
