PURPOSE: To provide a separator having extreme simplicity and reliability to remove a tractor and feeding strip of a printer sheet web. CONSTITUTION: In order to separate a paper web 2 used for a printer from a feeding strip 2 particularly in a computer, a knife 12 is disposed parallel to a feeder. The knife, having an angle, breaks or cuts perforations disposed between the strip and the web in the case of passing and feeding the web through the knife. The separator has a deflector 14 for deflecting the strip to be separated remotely out of a passage out of the printer. |
