The temperature display circuit displays the temperature inside a monitor or a room on a screen by using a thermistor to prevent the malfunction of memories. The circuit comprises a horizontal sawtooth wave generator (1) for generating the sawtooth wave by driving a transistor (Q1), a horizontal display setting section (2) for setting the level of the horizontal sawtooth wave with a varistor (VR1) and an invertor, a temperature voltage detecting section (3) for controlling the voltage (Vcc) with a thermistor, a vertical sawtooth wave generator (5), a current level setting section (6) for setting the level of the vertical sawtooth wave with a varistor (VR2), a vertical display pulse output section (7), and an output signal mixing section (8) for controlling the voltage applying to an image green output section (9).
