The control unit of washing time in washing machine comprises a part (5) detecting the deg. of contamination of washing water, a fuzzy inference part (1a) infering the deg. of contamination of washing water detected at the detecting part by fuzzy rule, and a control part (1b) controlling the washing time by processing the deg. of contamination infered by the fuzzy inference part by using of fuzzy membership function.
