The present invention relates to new N-pyridylcarbonyl-N'-phenylureas of formula (I) <IMAGE> in which X1 and X2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; Z1 and Z2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group or a C1-C6 haloalkyl group; Y1 and Y2 independently represent a nitrogen atom or a =CX3- group, in which X3 is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; and Z3 represents a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group, useful as pesticidal active substances.
