PURPOSE:To obtain a value corresponding to the DC output voltage from an insulated DC converter by smoothing a pulse signal being fed to a semiconductor switch element constituting an inverter. CONSTITUTION:Output pulse signal is fed from a pulse generating circuit 9 to a pulse width detecting means, i.e., an OR element 21, where the pulse width is detected. Thus detected pulse width is then led to an output voltage converting means, i.e., a filter 22, to obtain a filter output voltage VF. The filter output voltage VF has a value corresponding to a DC output voltage V0. An amplifier 23 amplifies the filter output voltage VF appropriately and delivers thus amplified voltage to a protective circuit 30. The protective circuit 30 receives an output signal from the amplifier 23 and normally monitors DC output voltage of an insulated DC converter. |
