<p>PURPOSE:To always provide an optimum medium storage by inputting access information and always keeping a medium management file information so that it is suitable for the up-to-data operations. CONSTITUTION:By an information update program P1, the information from an access information file F1 is inputted and a medium management information file F4 for every medium is updated. Moreover, by an analysis program P2, loading or ejecting medium is determined for every peripheral employing the information of the file F4 and a basic information file F3 and a job control language L2 for parameter update in the file F3 is created. And by a maintenace program P3 the definition item information of the file F4 and F3 is updated so that a user controls the system as needed and the information is outputted to a list L3 in accordance with the need. By this, the optimum loading condition for the current operation is kept.</p> |
