PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet for a rotor having a large thermal conductivity and large mechanical strength by laminating a tabular rare earth magnet alloy and an aluminum alloy plate and inserting an aluminum alloy pipe into a shaft hole. CONSTITUTION:Tabular permanent magnet blanks 1 and aluminum alloy plates 2 thicker than approximately one sixth of the thickness of the permanent magnet blank 1 form laminated structure and laminated. The discoidal permanent magnet blanks 1 having circular holes 4 at centers and the aluminum alloy plates 2 thicker than approximately one sixth of the thickness of the permanent magnet blank 1 form laminated structure and laminated while a pipe 5 composed of an aluminum alloy is inserted into the circular holes 4 at the centers, and the pipe 5 is brazed to at least one of the permanent magnet blanks 1 and the aluminum alloy plates 2. Accordingly, a magnet having small thermal strain because of a large conduction of heat and large mechanical strength can be acquired. |
