PURPOSE:To control a motor with a simple circuit and with the target value corrected according to the voltage ripple of a power source by calculating the target value of control voltage from the application voltage being set by input temperature and power source voltage. CONSTITUTION:The input temperature condition and the power source voltage VB detected by a temperature sensor 4 and a voltage detecting circuit 5 are converted into digital signals by the A/D converters 6 and 7 inside a processing unit 5, and these are input into an arithmetic circuit 8. The arithmetic circuit 8 sets the voltage to be applied to a motor 1, by the input temperature condition, and concurrently calculates the target value of control voltage VC, according to the ripple of the power source voltage VB. The pulse width of the target value of this control voltage VC is modulated, and it is outputted to a motor driving circuit 2, and by duty control, the motor 1 is driven. Accordingly, even if the power source voltage VB ripples, an air conditioner can be operated comfortably. |
