The subject of the present invention is a continuous feed device for a vegetable fuel boiler. It consists of the combination of a horizontal boiler (1) and a feeding jacket (2) which is also horizontal, capable of containing several bales of straw (5), connected to the furnace (3) of the said boiler in an air-tight manner and provided with a system of retractable claws (14) moving longitudinally in both directions along the axis of the said jacket, using a motorised cable (16) or similar means designed so that the claws push the bales towards the hearth by moving in one direction and are automatically raised by moving in the opposite direction. It relates to the field of boilers of the "vegetable multifuel" type, and is especially designed for using straw of any origin, wheat, corn, lavender, for example, as well as various combustible wastes encountered in particular on a farm. <IMAGE>
