PURPOSE:To provide a system by which positions and movement of taxis, baggage delivery vans, or the like are automatically recognized in a car operation center and the nearest taxi or the like to a customer is selected at the time of request of car operation from the customer or the like to quickly and efficiently issue a command and taxis or the like are full-automatically operated. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a car operation management center 20 consisting of a radio transmission/reception equipment 8 which interlockes a customer retrieval system 1 provided with a customer list 1a and map information 1b and a central processing unit CPU 2 with each other to communicate with taxis or the like, a vehicle position detector, a display device 16a mounted on each vehicle, and a transmission/reception equipment 18 to the car operation management center 20. |
