<p>PURPOSE:To surely perform processing required for reverse display after the arrival of quotation information telegraphic message without delay by lightening a burden imposed on a CPU. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a signal generating means 22 which generates interruption information in a specified period after starting the device, reverse display means (212, 23) which receive information telegraphic message from an information source and reverse-display the color of the information telegraphic message corresponding to a monitor 12 based on a reverse display requirement S2 which is issued when the received information telegraphic message is different from the previous message, an interruption handler means 213 to which plural storage areas are connected in series, and which stores the information telegraphic message in a first storage area every time the information telegraphic message is received and successively shifts the information telegraphic message in the storage area to a higher rank storage area 214 every time the interruption information is received from the means 22, and an ordinary display means which restores the color of the information telegraphic message reverse-displayed based on the information telegraphic message in the last storage area to an original color.</p> |
