PURPOSE:To obtain the field intensity distribution of a magnet with which to secure a coil charge timing without deteriorating the oscillation characteristics of a motor having a magnet and a coil arranged to receive its magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A magnetization is applied so that the field intensity distribution curvature of a magnet 16 is to be formed by the fundamental wave and the third harmonic component. Thus, it becomes possible to output an induced voltage waveform capable of detecting the rotational position of a rotor, and at the same time, to reduce the noises due to unwanted magnetic energy. Also, it is possible to obtain the induced voltage containing the third harmonic component in a magnetizing process which is further simplified by forming a given irregularity on the magnetizing surface of the magnet. |
