The subject of the invention is therefore a process for managing the time and activities of an individual, especially a pupil. This process consists in effecting a division of the tasks into several steps based on a set of activities or subjects pertaining to a calendar period, this division being done so as to obtain: - an exhaustive segmentation into subjects, sub-subjects, groups, sub-groups of the topics constituting the curriculum; - an allocation in respect of each element of the preceding structure according to a quota of hours and exercises necessary for the accomplishing of the initial tasks; - a statistical analysis, possibly over crossed fields, of the results obtained and their consequences, according to any previously defined table of scores, thus enabling the user to regulate his effort in a search for efficiency; - auto-adaptation by incorporation of similar but prior events, freeing up timeslots for event-related happenings; - a structure which keeps pace with time and affords the individual, after initialisation, a series of indicators required for tracking his work and characteristic of the degree of acquisition of the tasks encountered.
