<p>PURPOSE: To provide a simple structure and low-costs solid oxide fuel cell by forming a composite film made, of respective one or more areas of electrolyte material and electron conductive combining material, and having a contact face with both area on the main surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: Zirconium powder stabilized by 8 mole percentage of yttria, polyvinylbutyral, and cyclohexane are mixed in a weight ratio of 100:6:9, are pressed, deaerated, and cut into electrolyte bands 2. A combining material stripes 1 which are likewise above manufactured using Sr-dope lanthanum chromite powder and the bands 2 are collected so as to form a composite film 3, anode electrode material bands 4 made of granular zirconium-nickel cermet are placed on one side surface, cathode electrode material bands 5 made of Sr-dope lanthanum manganite powder are placed on the other side face, and are rolled so as to form a precursor cell. Medium removing granular material is sintered so as to be inverted into an electrochemical cell.</p> |
