摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet having high performance by mixing CeCo4B type and PuNi type intermetallic compound powder having specific crystal structure respectively with R2T14B phase (R represents a rare earth element and T Fe or Fe and Co) alloy powder at a specific weight ratio and sintering a mixture. CONSTITUTION:An alloy mainly comprising R2T14B phase (R represents a rare earth element containing Nd, Pr and Dy as main bodies and T a transition metal containing Fe or Fe and Co as main bodies) is used as an A alloy, an alloy mainly comprising a CeCo4B type intermetallic compound, crystal structure of which is represented by a P6/mmm space group, is employed as a B alloy, and an alloy mainly comprising a PuNi3 type intermetallic compound, crystal structure of which is represented by a R-bar 3m space group, is used as a C alloy. B alloy powder and C alloy powder of 1-40wt.% in total are mixed with 99-60wt.% A alloy powder, and pressure, vacuum sintering and low-temperature heat treatment in a magnetic field are conducted. Accordingly, a high- performance magnet, in which a high energy product is balanced, can be acquired.
